Family Support Worker

I have been at Willow Primary Academy since June 2021 and very keen to be part of this team, previously a Family Support Worker for CCP and also worked as Preschool Manager in South Gloucestershire for 12 years. My passion is supporting children and their families and being a listening and supportive member of the team.

I have 4 children and 7 grandchildren and find that keeps me very busy! I love travelling to new places and watching live music.

Intervention Teacher

Mrs Ingrid Tanner

Hi, my name is Ingrid Tanner and I joined, what was, Tuffley Primary in September 2014. Over the last 8 years, I have worked as a Teaching Assistant in Reception, Y1, Y2 and Y4. I qualified as an ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) in February 2021 and work with small groups and one to one with children from across the year groups.

I love spending time with my husband and 6 children and enjoy cooking, reading and supporting my children in their various dance, football and rugby interests.
